Join us for the arts and culture activity 'Samhørighet'

Meet other young people from the Nordic region and create a video artwork based on Scandinavian language, culture and the theme "Cohesion".

We are looking for participants aged 18-30 years.

The activity will take place in Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish and Danish).

It is an advantage if you are affiliated with an association/organization, but please write to us if you are not and are still interested in participating.

Deadline for applications is March 25th at 12.00 (lunch).

Take part in the NORD Youth Summit and experience Copenhagen

What are we going to do?

On Sunday 16th of April we will meet online, get to know each other, gather inspiration and video material for the artwork together with a young, artistic facilitator.

Thursday 20th of April at 5pm we will meet in Copenhagen, have dinner together and continue working on the artwork.

Friday 21st of April and Saturday 22nd of April we present the artwork at Ungdommens Folkemøde NORD and work on it together with participants at the meeting.

On Sunday 23 April we say goodbye for now and go home.

During the days in Copenhagen there will also be activities focused on Nordic language and culture.

We will be in the lively districts of Nørrebro and Nordvest, and we will also have time to explore the city together.

The Youth Meeting NORD is a democracy festival for Nordic young people, where we participate together with a lot of other young people. There will also be the opportunity to participate in the other programme of the festival. Read more about it here

Practicalities

You will receive an answer by 30 March.

We will then contact you to plan the final details of your participation.

We will provide transport, food, and a place to sleep during the activity.

Accommodation in Copenhagen will be at Urban Camper, where we will sleep in four-person rooms.
